Come and meet your child’s Semester 2 teachers on Thursday 27th August. Appointments are available for booking from;
– 2.30pm to 5pm
– 5.30pm to 7pm
There will be no teachers available during the break of 5pm to 5.30pm.
To be able to book an appointment you will need to have access to Helix;
Enter the website https://parent.helixsms.co.nz/ into your browser.
- In the email field (top field) enter your school email
- Next click Reset Password underneath the second field
- You will then be emailed a link which you can click where you will be able to create your own password then log into Helix.
Helix Mobile App
This can be downloaded from either Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Search for helix sms.
Once installed you will be asked to make up a 4 digit pin then enter your Helix email and password. There is also the option to reset your password.
In the app there is a series of labelled tiles that when tapped bring up information on your contact details, timetable, attendance, NCEA results and related data.
After 3 minutes of non-use the Helix app will log out and require you to enter your 4 digit pin to re-open.

You are welcome without an appointment but please be aware that there may be queues and parents with appointments will take priority.
