Log into your account using the email address supplied to your school.
If you have used a Gmail account, you can use the G+ authenticator to log in.
If this is your first time logging into the portal or app, select ‘Reset Helix password’. This will email you a link to set up your password.
Follow those instructions to set it up, then return to the portal.
As a parent/caregiver you can use Helix to check that your contact details are up-to-date, check attendance data for your child/children, check their timetable/s, school reports and any payments made to the school.
There is also a Helix App for both Apple and Android systems.
